About this project
That’s this site!
It’s hosted on GitHub Pages and uses a themed version of Quartz based on Neumorphism and uses the Catppuccin color scheme, with dark mode based on Mocha, and light mode based on Latte.
Since the site is using GitHub Pages, it is hosted on GitHub, meaning anyone can view the source code that generated this site. This is the repository.
Credits
While I don’t think I can create an exhaustive credits list, I’ll try and have links to as many of the places that I used as possible.
Jacky Zhao - The original creator of Quartz, which was used to build this site.
All of the other 200+ contributors to Quartz - This is a list of people who have contributed to Quartz in some capacity.
The developers behind neumorphism.io - This site was a great tool for trying to learn how Neumorphism works in the context of making a website.
The people behind Catppuccin - These people have made such an incredible set of palettes and added it to so many different apps and sites, I couldn’t find one consolidated list of them, because so many people have contributed in some form.
Lastly, my real life friends - They helped give opinions on how this site looks, and gave suggestions on how to improve it, some of which are prominent parts of the site.

History
While I don’t typically actually have a version scheme for this site, there are some major changes and refactors that have happened over time. Unlike version sections, this section will be ordered from earliest to most recent, instead of most recent to earliest.
Initial Release: Jekyll
Initially, this site was using Jekyll, but I didn’t like that system and wanted something that better suited my content.
The move to Quartz
At some point, I decided to move to Quartz, so after a while of setting all of the themes up and reformatting pages so they fit, it was complete, and I put it on a domain instead of a github.io site. I decided to use the Catppuccin theme and the Inter font as, at the time, that was the theme I had used for most apps on my laptop.
Neumorphism
After a while of not touching my site, I had the urge to return, and decided the best move was to add something that set my site apart from many others, and I thought back to when I heard about Neumorphism, and realise it would be the best fit for this site. Over time, I slowly started incorporating it more into the site until the majority of features use it.
